The Parts and Materials
The Core: Our the core is made with poplar of wood, stiff and light to make the board flexible and durable, vertically laminated. It's very important that the laminate is vertical so the glue doesn't play too important a role in the performance and also so the board will mantain its characteristics over time..
The Fiberglass:
our fiberglass is triaxial
The Base:
Our base is extruded PE or with sintered PE,from ISO SPORT or IMS Kunststoff AG in Austria!
The Top Sheet:
Our top sheet is silk screen printing or sublimated full colour graphic,
The Edge:
Our steel edge is made in Germany,Rockwell 48 warp for protection
The steel insert:
Our steel insert is made of stainless steel;size(6.0mm-7.0mm)
